What Happens After a Counter-Notification?

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity multiple times and/or has had content removed as a result of DMCA notices more than twice.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a user is a repeat infringer.
